• We take custom requests on a queue basis, meaning your order will be added to our crafting schedule in the order it’s received.

• Turnaround time varies depending on our current workload, but most custom creations take 2–4 weeks once your spot in the queue begins.

• We'll provide an estimated start and completion date when your order is confirmed.

• Payment is required upfront to secure your place in the queue and begin gathering materials.
