We want all our spooky stitchers and enchanted shoppers to be thrilled with their purchase. If something feels off, we’re here to help.

👜 Physical Items (Handmade Bags, Wallets, Clothing, etc.)

• Returns & Exchanges:
  We accept returns or exchanges on unused, undamaged physical items within 7 days of delivery on a case-by-case basis.

• To initiate a return:
  Please contact us at covenscrypt@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Shipping:
  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

📄 Digital Downloads (Sewing Patterns, Seamless Prints, etc.)

• No Refunds on Digital Products:
  Due to the nature of instant downloads, digital items are non-refundable. Please read descriptions carefully and reach out with any questions before purchasing—we’re happy to clarify!

🕷️ Custom Orders

• Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. If there’s an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

🦇 Damaged or Defective Items

• If your item arrives damaged or something isn’t right, email us at covenscrypt@gmail.com with photos within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll work our magic to make it right.
